Arb Hunter is a software tool designed to connect to cryptocurrency exchanges via API keys to assist users in identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities and consolidating balances across exchanges for your day-to-day convenience and is used as a tool to inform your loved ones where to find your crypto after death.
- API Key Management: Users are responsible for their API key management and must ensure that they are set up correctly. Arb Hunter will not be liable for any losses resulting from incorrect API configurations.
- Password Security: Users must maintain secure passwords for their exchange accounts. Arb Hunter recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication wherever possible.
If the user utilizes the "Crypto Will" feature, it is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that they regularly interact with the software by clicking on the necessary links provided. Failure to do so may result in the software recognizing the user as deceased, leading to the automatic distribution of an asset statement to the registered beneficiaries as outlined in the user's will. Arb Hunter is not liable for any consequences arising from the improper use of this feature.
While the cryptocurrency will serves primarily as a tool to assist your beneficiaries in locating your digital assets, it is advisable to consult with a professional legal counsel familiar with the laws of your specific country and state. This ensures that your will is properly structured in accordance with regional regulations. Additionally, your official will may need to reference this cryptocurrency will statement to establish clear legal intent.
Though Arb Hunter employs best-practice security measures to protect user data and access, we cannot guarantee absolute security. The user acknowledges that by connecting their account through API keys, they are exposing themselves to potential risks inherent in such integrations especially if using the withdrawal feature of an API key.
